WD4 from Tapstore.com is the latest range of Mixers to be released under their own brand label, they have a cutting edge design that surpasses all that I have seen available for the price range, with a perfect symmetrical cut spout and lever with the precise engineering you would expect from a high end designed tap.
The monobloc basin mixer with pop up waste as seen in the image on the left is going on sale for just £143.00 the price you would expect to pay for a mid range mixer.
It is a fully comprehensive range with a seven different basin mixers and nine bath fillers and shower mixers from deck mounted to freestanding bath shower mixers.
The WD4 is surely going to set the bathroom tap world alight to see the full range visit WD4 Bathroom taps at Tapstore.com and you will not be disappointed.

I do not know how they do it a Bristan Artisan thermostatic bar shower valve for just £76.00, well it is the latest version Bristan has redesigned for 2008 with its up to date eco friendly water saving mode which can be over-ridden for that extra showering boost.
I do think this shower is a massive improvement on the last model which was one of there best selling shower valves, I feel there are going to be onto a winner with the latest version too.
This shower will function on water pressures as low as 0.1bar and work right upto 5bar so what ever your water system you will get a great showering experience.

Well what do we make of the Cutting VAT from 17.5% to 15%. well for all of you looking to save money on buying bathroom goods its not really going to make any kind of difference as in the last few weeks we have had most of the bathroom manufactures raising their prices why?
Most of the bathroom suppliers in this country are not really manufacturers they are importers and they are effected greatly by the value of the pound, when they by goods they either pay in Euros or Dollars and with the state of the pound at present prices are only going one way UP……
Paul Smart from tapstore.com was interviewed on the BBC News about the Vat rate Cut Interview here

I have a pet hate for leaving shower gel’s, soap, flannels and shampoo lying around the bath tub or showering area, so why not use one of these shower caddies ? The first one on the left is a chrome double corner deep basket it is a fantastic option for storing your soap or bathroom essentials whilst keeping them close to hand and neatly stored.
There is plenty of room to leave shampoo bottles standing upright in the bottom basket. a real family solution.
If you wanted to create a neat solution without using a double then why not pick and mix by using two or even three separate corner baskets to create a shower caddy and fix them to the bathroom wall at the heights you prefer.
As an example I have chosen the Dakota corner and selected the deep basket as they come from the same range, you could also use two the same size which would work just as well.

Double Corner Deep Corner Basket £30.34
Dakota Shower Caddy Corner Basket £29.36
Shower Caddy Deep Corner Basket £16.64
All available From Tapstore.com

Bathroom pedal waste bins are not the first item when considering designing a layout but if they are not considered from the start they can sit in an uncomfortable position in the room.
I like the Oval bathroom bin from Tapstore.com as it has a 5 liter family capacity made from durable and hygienically safe stainless steel finish.
It will sit in the corner of a room with out taking up the space due to its small projection compared with a round pedal bin.
RRP £52.01 Tapstore.com £46.00.

Recessed shower valves are harder to install but look certainly neater in design and are better in performance. Why I hear you ask?
The Crosswater Totti thermostatic shower valve (left) is a nice example of a crosshead shower valve with a ten year guarantee and will function well right down to 0.2bar pressure. available from tapstore for £252.00.
I also like there Bristan Artisan shower at only £99.00 it is a bargain it comes with a 5 year guarantee and is thermostatic as well the handles and front plate are not as good a quality as with the crosswater valve but for less than half the price who would worry.
Both available from Tapstore.com

The concept of a bath filler over flow is simple, using a control valve to turn on and off the water flow and mix the temperature which will then send a premixed flow of water into the overflow spout and therefore fill up the bath via either a pop up or click clack waste mechanism.
You will hear these described as many differing terms like Exa fill, Extra fill, overflow bath filler, there are two types click clack or clicker where the plug section is pushed once to close the plug and pushed again to open the plug, these tend to project into the bath less but are less reliable or Pop up Bath filler overflow where the plug is operated via a turning knob for opening and closing the waste plug.
The best value for money one I have seen on the market is Tapstore’s own brand one which is manufactured from chrome on brass and comes with a ten year guarantee for £72.00, they also have a click clack version for £72.00 the version that Bathstore sell is just crosswaters one re branded for them as Extra Fill that one is the XT bath filler pop up waste and the Exafill is a Hansgrohe version.
