Crosswater’s Majestic bathroom taps are a twist on the modern and traditional almost a morph between the two creating an elegant and unusual styled tap that just seems to work, its smooth clean lines give it a minimalist feel but shaped on traditional styles almost art deco.

There are 4 choices for the Modest toilet the close coupled toilet is available in two types both with a projection of just 655mm which is one of the smallest on the market and a great space saving. Both versions come with a dual flush of 3 and 6 liters and are fully internally glazed for hygiene and easy cleaning. So the only difference is you get an open backed version for side entry of the soil stack connection, or if the outlet is straight into the floor or out the back wall the Modest close coupled closed back option makes a neater look and even easier to keep the bathroom clean.
The last two options for the WC is the Modest back to wall pan where you can conceal a cistern in furniture or a wall cavity, or for the ultimate in minimal design use the Modest wall hung pan which will make the room look larger.
All the WC’ s have a soft close WC seat available.

Bauhaus have 30 counter top basins to choose from so in this article I want to concentrate on just the round ones 
which they have Severn too choose from starting with the Castellon counter top basin (shown right) which is 430mm in diameter and 145mm high and has a built in overflow it sweeps down to the bottom of the bowl which has a diameter of 140mm.
The Bayona basin is next in the range and this one is a thin walled basin which is designed to be either wall or counter top with a built in mono bloc taps hole, this basin has no over flow.
The Bauhaus Fortuna (shown left) is 400mm in diameter and is designed to be either counter top or semi recessed by having a step down in diameter for when it is to be semi recessed.
The Bauhaus Fuji is a chunky fruit bowl of a basin with a built in overflow it is 420mm in diameter and stands 190mm high.
The Caceres Counter top basin is a thin walled bowl with a diameter of 420mm which sharply angles down to 140mm at the base, it has no over flow or tap hole.
The Vienna is small but neat it has a diameter of 390mm and comes with a mono bloc tap hole and a built in over flow, it is designed for counter top fitting only.

Bauhaus have launched nine new cloakroom basins for all styles and tastes, they are all made of high quality standards as you would expect from Bauhaus bathrooms.
The two choices for cloakroom corner basins are the Valencia offset corner basin (right) 265mm projection and 410mm wide, or the Cava corner basin 424mm both are neat solutions in tight spaces.
The rest of the range are twists on the square theme with a variety of different sizes, the Alicante cloakroom basin 435mm wide x 290mm is rounded on all four corners and can be wall mounted or counter top it has a tap hole to take a mono bloc basin mixer in the corner of the basin, the Vita 350mm square is wall mounted only and is flat at the back with the two front corners rounded with a tap hole in the center, the Fino projects out from the wall 350mm and is only 240mm wide so is a perfect solution for a small wall space on a wider room.
The Cadiz basin 450mm x 500mm wide is a counter top or wall mount basin with no tap holes so is the only basin designed for wall mounted basin taps in the range.

Bauhaus Design bathroom furniture is a range of flexible modular wall hung bathroom storage solutions with many variations and choices available.
There are three different finish options Walnut (shown right) panga and white with all three finish options there are also size options for the wall hung storage units where a variety of basins and counter top bowls can suit, and the other flexible idea’s are to allow different worktop choices.

The Hudson Reed Arina range of bathroom taps and showers are bucking the trend with the oval body and the curved rectangular spout an unusual combination to say the least but it seems to work well together.

Hudson Reed Tec Lever bathroom taps are a range that is designed for easy use having the single lever on each product.
The range is small but covers every item you would require fro a minimal bathroom, for basin mixers your choice is the single lever mono bloc basin mixer (pictured right) comes with a click clack waste or a Tec single lever side action basin mixer in both standard sized and also available as a mini basin mixer, there is a tall mono bloc basin mixer for bowls and two wall mounted versions one with a side lever which is unusual and the other as a two hole with a rectangular back plate.
